Killer design

What can I say about Brad and Complete Renovations. I have had my fair share of dealings with Contractors and Renovation companies over the recent years and they were not pleasant for many reasons. Attention to detail, project management, and punctualness are my three things I try to look for in a contractor.

Brad and his team at Complete Renovations came to our home around October. I immediately tested the waters by telling them if we sign now we need to be done before Christmas. Brad didn’t even flinch, he not only showed me a KILLER design but delivered to me a fully laid out timeline on when each leg of the project would be done. This to me was unheard of!!

Not only did he show up on time and faced every hurdle we threw at him with professionalism and positivity, he EXCEEDED our expectations AND finished the project a week early so our family could enjoy in when they arrived for Christmas. His crew were on time everyday when they said they were going to be there they were there. They worked nights and weekends (if we let them) and made sure they hit their deadline WITHOUT sacrificing quality.

Project Management is key and no one does it better than Complete Renovations!! Brad and his team now have our business for the foreseeable future and beyond. We will be renovating the rest of our house with Complete Renovation!!
