We LOVE our new home after being redone by Complete Renovation Solutions ! They are a Solution.
They removed 1700 sq’ of carpet, removed our entire kitchen, and moved 90% of our furniture in 1 day. Removed a non-structural wall and opened up our home. Totally new master bath with a 6 head shower big enough to have a party in. ( should we be bent that way ). New floors throughout, a dramatic beadboard cathedral ceiling in the living room. A total transformation.
That’s the good part.
A 12 week job, as quoted, ended up at just over 24 weeks. While we were living in the house in 2 bedrooms, marginally affected by the work. There is no question that much of that extra time was spent doing, and redoing, work. Our “ punch list “ was long and constantly evolving as work was finishing up and we found more and more issues to be dealt with.
They DID deal with all of them.
We are still finding small things here and there we can take care of ourselves,
If you are 400 miles away from the job site and can not keep “ eyes on “ the project, I wouldn’t think of CRS as my first choice.

Complete Renovation Solutions DID give us a beautiful home we are happy to come home to every day. All their employees and subcontractors are nothing but polite and pleasant to deal with. Armando, the tile guy, their carpenters, and finish carpenters are all top notch and did wonderful work.

We had Complete Renovation Solutions renovate our kitchen 2 years ago, expanding our kitchen with removal of a bedroom. It was a major renovation. We were so happy with the results, from design to the build to the outcome that we have had them renovate our four bathrooms plus the addition of a half bath. As with the kitchen, walls were moved and major plumbing and electrical work was involved. They worked with us on design and tile selection. Although there were some delays, which can happen on a project this big, we are so impressed and elated with how everything turned out. Thank you to everyone involved in making our home beautiful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Showcase Restoration and the incredible team helping put my home back together after damage from a leaking window. What could have been an overwhelmingly stressful experience was made so much easier because of the professionalism, compassion, and genuine care they brought every single day.

Ben Sides, Aaron Lake, and Clifton Foy, to name a few, each went far above and beyond in ways I will never forget. Their communication, attention to detail, work ethic, and kindness exceeded every expectation I had. They didn’t just repair a wall, they brought peace of mind back into my home.

It’s rare to come across a team that takes this much pride in their work while also treating people with such respect and compassion. I am beyond thankful for every single one of them and would recommend Showcase Restoration a thousand times over. Absolutely exceptional from start to finish! Thank you all, so very much!

Our bathroom remodel turned out exactly as envisioned. The staff were very professional and polite. The design staff was helpful and creative. In every job problems are encountered and it is the ability of the crew to resolve issues quickly that is of paramount importance and Complete Renovations did an excellent job in this area also. This was an great experience and we have already hired them to do more work. I was initially concerned since Complete Renovations is in Wilmington and we are in South Brunswick county. But there were no problems. Kudos!

After living with our master bathroom for a couple of years, we finally decided to do a total remodel. We selected Complete Renovation Solutions because they had previously done a kitchen upgrade and we were very happy with their work.

After visiting a variety of kitchen and bath stores, we were overwhelmed by the variety of available choices. CRS did an excellent job of helping us narrow our choices. They designed the bathroom and shower layout and coordinated the color and style of the shower tiles, floor tiles, vanity, hardware, and walls.

They have a talented group of employees and subcontractors on staff necessary to complete the many facets of a remodel. Without exception, all the employees we worked with were friendly and very easy to work with. They paid attention to even the smallest details. (During an inspection a finished piece of crown molding appeared to not fit perfectly - it was removed and replaced.) Complete Renovation Solutions handled the entire job from start to finish.

After a couple of months of use, we continue to be very happy with the way our new bathroom looks and "work's for us and we would not hesitate to recommend Complete Renovation Solutions to someone considering a bathroom remodel.
